Director of Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service Sergey Naryshkin has congratulated President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on his birthday.
“Dear Mr. President, on behalf of the leadership of Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service and on my own, I congratulate you on your birthday. I wish you effective activity in your highest state post, robust health and well-being,” Naryshkin said in his congratulatory message.
“On this occasion, I express my gratitude to you for your constant attention and support to the development of relations between the special services of our countries in ensuring the security of Russia and Azerbaijan, protecting national interests and preserving peace and stability in the CIS area,” said Naryshkin.
