New excise rates have been set for goods imported to the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan next year , APA reports.
The Cabinet of Ministers introduced amendments to the resolution "On Approval of excise rates for excisable goods imported to the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan".
According to the amendment, excise rates for excisable goods imported to the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan were approved in a new edition.
The decision will come into force 30 days after its publication, on January 23, 2018.
It should be noted that alcoholic beverages, ethyl alcohol and tobacco products are subject to excise tax.
