Two Azerbaijani have been killed in a shootout near Moscow’s Novyye Cheryomushki metro station, ONA's Moscow correspondent reports.
According to preliminary data, the incident was committed by a 60-year-old citizen of Georgia, Azerbaijani national Rasul Abdullayev.
50-year-old Azerbaijani Vagif Humbatov was killed as R. Abdullayev opened fire. Later R. Abdullayev killed himself with that arm.
A criminal case has been launched and the investigation is underway.

Two people have been killed in a shootout near Moscow’s Novyye Cheryomushki metro station, a law enforcement source told, ONA reports citing TASS.
"Two bodies with gunshot wounds have been found near the entrance to Novyye Cheryomushki metro station. According to preliminary information, a man opened fire, killing another man, and then committed suicide," the source said.
A crime scene team is working to establish the circumstances of the incident.
