Baku City Prosecutor's Office and Education Department released information on the suicide of the 8th grade student of the school № 162, ONA reports.
According to the information, on April 4, 8th class student of secondary school No.162 named after Etibar Aliyev of Sabail district of Baku (not mentioned the name of the student due to appropriate reasons), fell down from the third floor of the school and got various injuries.
The injured person was placed in the City Clinical Hospital No. 1 for treatment. Despite the measures taken, the student has died at the hospital on April 6.
The prosecutor's office of Baku has initiated a criminal case under Article 125 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the relevant expertise has been appointed and other necessary investigative measures are being taken.
