“For 100 years, humanity has been facing a great lie – only those who have the special experience of making false lies could do this,” Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Ahmadov said at an event on the so-called “Armenian genocide”.
He said that it is impossible to find evidence for the “Armenian genocide” fabricated by Armenians and their patrons.
“This is an insidious lie because it has served for abominable purposes for more than 100 years. It is used for territorial claims of Armenians against Turkey and Azerbaijan. It is also used by certain circles as a means of pressure against Turkey and Azerbaijan. The facts that should be put against this lie have been forgotten for more than 100 years, and they do not want to talk about it,” he added.
Ali Ahmadov said the task of Turkey and Azerbaijan is to expose the lies of the Armenians and their patrons, to systematically take such steps, and to unite the resources of the two countries for this.
On the other hand, the truths about the occupation of Azerbaijani lands and the ethnic cleansing against Azerbaijanis should be conveyed to humanity, he noted.
