Azerbaijan-Georgia Intergovernmental Commission meets in Baku

Azerbaijani Prime Minister Artur Rasizade highly appreciated the current level of cooperation between the two countries, expressing hope that the meeting will give a new incentive to expansion of relations.
Georgian Prime Minister Zurab Nogaideli added that cooperation between the two nations is developing in all the sectors.
He noted that Azerbaijan and Georgia will further expand cooperation in a number of fields. He said the two neighbor countries plan to increase the number of flights and reconstruct the power transmission line from Azerbaijan to Georgia and to extent it onward to Turkey.
He added that negotiation on natural gas will be complete in a month. Georgian Prime Minister underscored that construction of Georgian part of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars Railway Project will soon commence.
The parties signed a protocol at the end of the meeting. /APA-Economics/
