Azerbaijan executes tax forecast at a 1.7% deficit in August

The taxes authorities of Azerbaijan transferred AZN 219,456,400 in tax and duty to the state budget (government coffers) during August, down 1.7%, or AZN 3,774,400 from the prediction. The Taxes Ministry said AZN 63,915,800 came in value added tax (+7.5%), AZN 41,096,900 in excise tax (+9.1%), AZN 3,186,000 in land tax (+53.3), AZN 5,688,600 in property tax (+1.5%), AZN 4,436,500 in government duties (+11.7%), AZN 1,382,000 in road tax (+2.3%), AZN 37,592,500 in profit tax (-27.7%), AZN 10,155,600 in mining tax (-0.2%), AZN 44,366,400 in individualsâ€™ income tax (-6.9%) and AZN 3,378,500 in simplified tax (-10.2%).
A total of AZN 3,015,694,400 was transferred to the state budget during January-August, up 7.9% from the same period last year. /APA-Economics/
