Azerbaijan plans to set up Reference Standard Center by this year end or early next year.
Oktay Abbasov, the officer of Azerbaijan State Agency for Standardization, Metrology and Patents, said the agency is working on the project to laboratories and new reference standards will be procured.
The project will make use of benchmarks available at low price. /APA-Economics/
