Information and marketing officers of CIS International Association of Exchanges meet in Azerbaijan

On the initiative of Baku Interbank Currency Exchange, the information and marketing officers of the International Association of Exchanges of the Commonwealth of Independent States have met in Sheki, Azerbaijan.
BICEX told APA-Economics that representatives from Azerbaijan. Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Belarus have discussed the prospects of information-analysis activities, features of PR and IR support to mid-cap companies and new aspects of indices.
The participants dwelled on exchange of expertise on spread of exchange news by famous media outlets to increase sales.
The first and second meetings were held in Baku in 2005 and 2006.
The International Association of Exchanges of the Commonwealth of Independent States was created in April, 2000 by18 major currency and stock exchanges of Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. /APA-Economics/
