Adalat Muradov: WTO membership is one of the main dimensions of economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia

Membership of World Trade Organization (WTO) is one of the main dimensions of economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia, sector chief of Economic Development Ministry Adalat Muradov said at the international conference on Economic-Commercial and Scientific-Technical cooperation prospects between Azerbaijan and Russia held in Baku, APA reports.
He said that the other priorities of the cooperation are joint production, processing and transportation of agricultural products to Russia, production of engineering and oil equipment and establishing joint enterprises in the sphere of weaving and medications.
Adalat Muradov underlined the necessity of extending cooperation in the sphere of shipbuilding, joint participation in international and regional projects, and maximum use of TRACECA and North-South transport corridor.
He noted that holding joint business-forums and conferences play important role in the expansion of cooperation between the two countries. /APA/
