Arif Qarashov calls municipalities to property register

Municipalities have to appeal to the State Real Estate Register Service for legal register of the lands which are their properties and asserted by map. Real Estate State Register Service chairman Arif Garashov briefed that any real estate has to be registered and an extract is to be presented about state register over this property.
Mr.Garashov called the municipalities to learn the law carefully saying that they do not pay attention to the law. â€œThe legal explanation conducted by us is not understood well enough, and municipalities are not engaged enough in registering their property. I call them to register their property legally according to the law. It will reduce their dependence on the local executive powers and facilitate to sell their lands in line with the legislation.
The Service chairman underlined that plots of land are not being used according to status. â€œThe encirclement of the villages by new customers results in the removing lands from its agriculture profile. The effective use of the lands has to be taken into consideration, and municipalities have to control over the status of the land while selling them. This issue is carried out by negative tendency in most of Baku settlements. Some municipalities and executive powers abuse their power during land reform. The legislation of such cases is a problem for the government. But we are looking for the ways to solve the problems,â€ he concluded./APA/
