Azerbaijan State Committee for Public Property Management has developed an action plan following a June 6 presidential decree to improve maintenance and efficient management of public immovable property.
The action plan is designed to improve both the legal security for real estate and the management and use of State-owned immovable property in the country. The Committee told APA-Economics that the measures will also make real estate registration system more reliable, transparent and efficient. /APA-Economics/
