“Presidents have approved of the project. The unsolved issue is how the aspirant countries will take part in this project. Ukrainian part of the project is ready. Tie-in of the pipelines between Ukraine and Poland requires some investment now. If this issue meets Azerbaijan’s interest, we can make investment in the tie-in project,†he noted.
Natig Aliyev added that it would be expedient to set up a company for implementation of this project.
“The authorized capital, Azerbaijan’s stake, the source of oil and other related issues should be discussed. More likely, we will invite Central Asian countries to take part in the project. The move would allow this energy corridor to start in the Central Asia and reach the Baltic Sea,†he concluded. /APA-Economics/
