Azerkimya, the state-owned chemicals maker of Azerbaijan, has restored its previous production capacity.
“The State Oil Company will deliver 270,000 tons of naphtha to our company this year. Chemical enterprises are receiving 800 tons of naphtha per day, but we used to get it by pipeline. The pipelines are old and corroded. Now, we are receiving naphtha by rail. In fact, it is difficult to transport this product,” he added.
Azerkimya shut down a few months ago because of energy prices hike in the country. /APA-Economics/
