Nushirevan Maharramli: A body controlling over Internet television should be determined

â€œNational Television and Radio Council does not intend to set up censorship on Internet television in Azerbaijan. We are negotiating with the US embassy and international organizations on this issue. We will possibly apply the variant accepted by the world,â€ chief of National Television and Radio Council Nushirevan Maharramli told journalists, APA-Economics reports.
Maharramli said that preparation of TV programs through Internet by individuals should be regulated by special rules.
â€œThere are clauses in the law on preparation television programs on Internet. If the program is made for children advertisements and pornography should not be posted there,â€ he said.
Nushirevan Maharramli said that there should be a control over programs broadcasted on Internet. Besides, a body controlling over Internet television should be determined. /APA-Economics/
