Communications services increase by 17.3% in Azerbaijan

Communications services provided for the legal entities and individuals in Azerbaijan amounted to AZN $192.7 million during January-April, up 17.3% from the same period last year. Privately owned communications entities provided 74.7% of the services, State Statistical Committee told APA.
The incomes came 76.8% from services provided for population.
The amount of mobile services grew 30.7%, year-over-year, making up 2/3 of all communications services. Salary rise in telecommunications sector rose 26.5%, year-on-year, to an average of AZN 259.5. /APA-Economics/
