Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli produces over 642,974 barrels of oil per day

The total daily production rate at Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli was 642,974 barrels per day in April, BP-Azerbaijan told APA-Economics.
Of the total daily average production number 140,168 barrels came from Chirag and 502,806 barrels from Azeri.
The company predicts that Chirag will produce around 141,000 barrels, Central Azeri 257,000 barrels, West Azeri 168,000 barrels and East Azeri 142,000 barrels for 2007.
“We are planning to produce 708,000 barrels per day from the four platforms in total for the full year,” BP-Azerbaijan press service said.
During 2006, the group produced 472,000 against the plan of 458,000 barrels of oil per day average, achieved through delivery of first oil from East Azeri four months ahead of schedule and overall good well performance and operating performance.
ACG participating interests are: BP (operator-34.1%), Chevron (10.2%), SOCAR (10%), INPEX (10%), Statoil (8.6%), ExxonMobil (8%), TPAO (f6.8%), Devon (5.6%), Itochu (3.9%) and Hess (2.7%). /APA-Economics/
