Lebanon is interested in the expansion of relations with Azerbaijan, Azerbaijani honorary consul to Lebanon Nazih Gassub told the APA.
He stated that Lebanon wants to cooperate with Azerbaijan in several fields and on several projects.
“Several Ministers of Lebanon have been invited to Azerbaijan. It depends on the decision of the new government whether or not the visits will take place. I think that there will be several visits from Lebanon to Azerbaijan by the end of the year,†he said.
Gassub said he will arrive in Azerbaijan for a three-day stay either on May 19 or 27./APA/
