Tashkent to host next meeting of CIS Intergovernmental Council for Standardization, Metrology and Certification

The next -34th meeting of CIS Intergovernmental Commission for Standardization, Metrology and Certification will be held in June, 2008 in Tashkent.
Azerbaijani State Agency for Standardization, Metrology and Patents told APA-Economics that the venue of the meeting has been set last week in Baku in the 33rd meeting of the intergovernmental commission.
The meeting will cover discussions on implementation of the measures decided in the 33rd meeting, application of internationals sanders.
21 issues were discussed in the 33rd meeting of CIS intergovernmental Commission for standardization, metrology and certification, but the meeting of working group on information technologies covered discussions on 8 issues.
The representatives of Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Russia and Ukraine attended the meetings. /APA-Economics/
