State Service for Consumer Market Control under Economic Development Ministry and “Alliance Group” Company have organized trainings for sellers and cash-controllers. Chairman of state service Khalig Mammadov noted that these courses are held in Azerbaijan for the first time and will be continuous.
Mammadov noted 80-85% of the sellers in trade establishments in the republic are uneducated.
“These events will play great role in defense of the rights of the sellers and consumers, and will influence the activity of the trade establishments. That is why the owner of the establishments should be interested in the enlightenment and improvement of professionalism of the workers,” he said.
Director of Alliance Group Company Ulvi Afayev has informed the participants about the program of the course. He noted that the program includes the ethics of the seller, reception of the customer, sanitary rules in the establishment, characteristics of the seller, window tracing of the goods and some other issues.
The attendees of the two-day trainings will be granted certificates. /APA-Economics/
