Azerbaijani State Agency for Standardization, Metrology and Patents intends to found Information Centre (IC) in Baku. Head of the agency Ramiz Hasanov noted that they have already negotiated with International Standardization Organization on this issue, APA –Economics reports.
“All information about normative and standards will be posted in IC. Data base of standards of the world countries will be created here,†Ramiz Hasanov said.
The head of agency noted that private sector controls the certification in European states. Some appropriate measures are being taken in this sphere in Azerbaijan too. The operation of private sector in this sphere will increase the quality and control. /APA-Economics/
