Famous American Battery Dance Company to perform in Baku

Baku. Ulkar Gasimova-APA. The U.S. Battery Dance Company will perform in Baku. The press service of the U.S. embassy in Azerbaijan told APA that the only public performance by Battery Dance Company would take place at the Azerbaijan Theatre of Music Comedy on March 12.
The dance group will visit Baku with support of the U.S. embassy, Ministry of Culture and Tourism and â€œQarantâ€ Insurance.
The Company has been an integral part of the cultural life of New York as well as national and international scene for more than 30 years, participated in numerous performing arts, festivals and conferences throughout the world and have established themselves as one of the best cultural ambassadors communicating with their audiences through the universally understood language of choreography. Although both the music and the choreography of the Company are inspired by worldwide sources, the Battery Dance is a reflection of America in all the multiplicity of its culture.
