The report says that Yagub Mukhtarov has been handed over to Azerbaijani Defense Ministry in the contact line of Bala Jafarli village of Gazakh Region today. Officials of the State Committee Working Group, Defense Ministry and ICRC have participated in the process. There has been no incident during the process.
Yagub Mukhtarov was captured by Armenian armed forces in Tovuz direction on March 9.
