Baku. Mahbuba Gasimbayli-APA. The Defence Ministry investigates the case of Armenian-captured 19, Azerbaijani soldier Vusal Shiraslan Heybatov in the direction of Aghdam Region on April 11, Eldar Sabiroglu, Spokesman for Defence Ministry told APA
To him, it will be made public how Armenians has captured Azerbaijani solder after investigation.
Azerbaijani State Commission for Captives, Hostages and Missing People confirmed that Vusal Heybatov had been captured by Armenians. The State Commission has stated its position to Armenia on releasing of the captive via ICRC.
