The parents of Azerbaijani Armed Forces soldier Samir Mammadov captivated by Armenia visited International Committee of the Red Cross office in Azerbaijan. The Azerbaijani mission told APA the parents were interested in the process of releasing their son and living condition.
ICRC office said the office in Armenia held monitoring to check detention and psychological condition of the soldier.
