“The situation in Chechnya is different. It is not right to identify it with the Karabakh conflict,†Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said while commenting on identification of Azerbaijan’s military operations in Nagorno Karabakh with Russia’s operations in Chechnya, APA reports.
Lavrov also considers that Kosovo variant can not be applied to the settlement of other conflicts. /APA/
