"Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the People's Republic of China on the development of Trans-Caspian International Transport Routes for the China-Europe Railway Express” has been approved, APA reports.
President Ilham Aliyev has signed the decree in this regard.
After the Memorandum of Understanding specified in Part 1 of this Decree enters into force, the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan is tasked with ensuring the implementation of its provisions, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan is instructed to notify the Government of the People's Republic of China that the necessary internal state procedures for the Memorandum's entry into force have been completed.
