Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos, President of the Republic of the Philippines, has sent a congratulatory letter to President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of the 107th anniversary of Independence Day, APA reports.
The letter reads:
"Excellency,
On behalf of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines, I congratulate the Azerbaijani people on the 107th anniversary of the Independence Day of Azerbaijan.
The Philippines and Azerbaijan share a vision of a peaceful, progressive, and prosperous country for our respective peoples. May our partnership continue to deepen as we strive towards these goals in the years ahead.
