President of the People's Republic of Bangladesh Mohammed Shahabuddin has congratulated the President Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Independence Day, APA reports.
The letter reads:

Bangladesh and Azerbaijan enjoy excellent bilateral ties and friendship. I firmly believe that in the coming days our two peoples will work together to further consolidate the existing bond of friendship and brotherhood between Bangladesh and Azerbaijan.
