Rules for managing corruption risks in the activities of state and local self-government bodies in Azerbaijan will be developed, APA reports.
This is reflected in the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated March 7, 2025, No. 150-VIIQD, on the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Amendments to the Law on Combating Corruption.”
According to the decree, within four months, the Cabinet of Ministers must determine the rules for managing corruption risks in the activities of state and local self-government bodies, legal entities owned or controlled by the state or municipalities, public legal entities, and budgetary organizations, and submit the information to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
