The list of permits issued for entrepreneurial activity has been expanded, APA reports.
This is reflected in the amendments to the “Law on Licenses and Permits” approved by President Ilham Aliyev.
According to the law, a confirmation document for the import of machinery, technological equipment and installations, raw materials, and materials by legal entities and individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activity without establishing a legal entity, in economic activity areas and goods nomenclatures exempted from value-added tax and customs duties for importation into the liberated territories, has been included in the list of permits issued for entrepreneurial activity.
This law is effective from January 1, 2023, and will remain in force until January 1, 2033.
