Baku-APA. The events which took place in Karabakh in the beginning of the year have no right to recur, the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office and German FM Frank-Walter Steinmeier stated the aforementioned on Wednesday at a joint press-conference with his Armenian counterpart Edward Nalbandian in Yerevan, responding to the question as to what he is going to say at the meetings in Baku, APA report quoting Reuters.

“What happened in the beginning of the year has no right to recur. It is necessary to look for ways to ensure security, continue the talks, maintain stability and try to expand the office of the [OSCE] Personal Representative of the Chairperson-in-Office. These will be the topics of talks in Baku,” the FM noted. He also expressed hope for the activation of the talks.
