According to him, ethnic cleansing was carried out against Azerbaijanis during the occupation: “Despite all these, Azerbaijan wants this conflict to be resolved only peacefully and expresses its right voice to the world community. Thus, our country gives a simple answer to the aggressive policy of Armenia. The international organizations, including OSCE Minsk Group should realize that no decision can be passed without permission and coordination of Azerbaijan. The organizations, which take into account Armenia’s position in the peace process, will always face the right discontent of Azerbaijan.”
Rzayev also added that the Azerbaijani Community of Nagorno Karabakh is seeking ways to hold meetings with the Armenian community. According to him, such meetings will contribute to large-scale peace talks between the parties.
