Baku. Ramiz Mikayiloglu – APA. “Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan also made a speech at the NATO summit. It seems as if no one is aware of the issue, the territories of Armenia were occupied and Azerbaijan should be constructive. He wants to achieve his goal through hypocrisy and deception. He takes such a position even at bilateral meetings, he also spoke about Azerbaijan,” said Deputy Head of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration and Head of Foreign Relations Department Novruz Mammadov said, APA reports.
He noted that the presidents of the three OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing countries are focusing on the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
“In this case, feeling a sense of responsibility, Serzh Sargsyan began to choose a new tactic and present the situation in a different way. Armenian policy is full of such examples. Thus, Sargsyan even turns into a chameleon to deceive the third party and give him false information during his meetings and speeches. This person, who killed hundreds of children, women and old people and even admitted it, is a terrorist. He would be brought to justice as a terrorist for the crimes he committed. He forgets that he will be arrested the same as terrorists in Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, and other countries as soon as his supporters step aside. Serzh Sargsyan should know that his people are today suffering from the consequences of his actions, but tomorrow he will be suffering. He should know that he cannot deceive everyone at any time. We can already see Serzh Sargysan himself comprehends it. It seems he understands what he has gone through and done, and what can wait for him in the future. It brings an immediate attention to his psychological state. Serzh Sargsyan can not behave adequately or normally even during the most influential meetings. Some mental disorders can be seen in his behavior. He suddenly outbursts, begins to gesticulate, gets out of control and his facial expression changes. It can be clearly seen that he difficulty controls himself. The life of a terrorist he lived and the actions he committed probably began to manifest him. I think it’s just the beginning”.
Novruz Mammadov said it can’t be otherwise: “Keeping Azerbaijani lands under occupation and misinforming the international community for about 25 years, he does not even realize that he begins to look like the characters in the fables of La Fontaine or Krylov”.
