However, I think that there is another crisis in the world today - crisis of international law,” said deputy head of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration and chief of Foreign Relations Department Novruz Mammadov addressing “South Caucasus in a changing world” forum organized by the Center for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports.

"Unfortunately, the international community has failed to demonstrate a fair standpoint on the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. And the Azerbaijani territories are still under occupation. Despite the successful co-operation with the OSCE and NATO, no results have been achieved. It can not be understood it. Such a crisis is bad for everyone - both Azerbaijan and the international community.”
