James Warlick: We look forward to meeting between Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents

He said that the co-chairs should prepare a discussion for a successful meeting.

“Four meetings were held over the last 12 months. The parties have not yet reached agreement. As a negotiated settlement is possible, Washington and Moscow continue to participate in this process. We are looking for an agreement that will cover all elements and principles,” Warlick added.

The diplomat, expressing concern over the incomplete compliance with the ceasefire deal, said therefore, the conflict can be resolved by peaceful means.
