Spokesman for the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan Elman Abdullayev told APA commenting on the speech of President Serzh Sargsyan held in Sochi meeting of Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
Note that the head of Armenia in his speech condemned some members of the organization because of their position on Armenia, in particular, in their decisions on the Nagorno - Karabakh issue, and noted that Azerbaijan is experienced hatred towards Armenians.
E.Abdullaev added that without taking into account the Nagorno –Karabakh, 30,000 Armenians and representatives of many other nations live in Azerbaijan: "Azerbaijan has always been the cradle of the South Caucasus, the center of tolerance. It is no coincidence all international events, humanitarian forums, intercultural and inter-civilizational dialogues related to tolerance, held in Azerbaijan. In Armenia there is no cultural heritage of other nations, everything is destroyed."
Spokesman for the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan, commenting on the speech of the President of Armenia on the principle of territorial integrity, said that Azerbaijan has always expressed the normal relation to the principle of self-determination within the framework of territorial integrity: “Why Armenian armed forces are in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan? In general, Serge Sargsyan, blaming others once again demonstrates, in what helplessness state remains his country. His positive attitude to the territorial integrity of other countries, of course, is a normal phenomenon, because today in the international system is the underlying principle is the principle of territorial integrity. But their words do not tally with their actions."
