She said that such visits can change the current situation. According to her, if the sides announce their commitment to the settlement of the conflict through negotiations, these talks must be carried out: “Of course, the negotiations are being held by the mediation of the OSCE Minsk Group and they regularly visit the region. The pressures must be put on the side, which violates international norms and demonstrates unconstructive position. This pressure has various forms. At least, the OSCE Minsk Group can call on Armenia to demonstrate constructive position. I think that Armenia can be forced to peace if there is pressure at the level of international organizations. Productive and concrete measures must be taken for it. Otherwise, I think that Azerbaijan will be obliged to take measures in accordance with its authorities and opportunities.”.”
