“In order to reach comprehensive and lasting agreement substantive negotiations should continue,” said OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Prime Minister and Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of Albania, Edi Rama in his speech at the 27th meeting of OSCE Council of Ministers, APA reports.
“I am very grateful that combats in Nagorno Garabagh have stopped and a ceasefire has been declared. Now it is time to fulfill commitments. I express my full support to the initiative of restarting the negotiation process under the auspices of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs. Now, substantive negotiations should continue in good intention, with the aim of reaching a comprehensive and lasting agreement peacefully,” said Edi Rama.
