In his response to the question that Armenia will stop negotiations process with Azerbaijan, Nalbandian said that there is no such intention: “Azerbaijan often issues statements directed to the failure of the negotiation process.â€
Though the journalists wanted to know the Argentinean minister’s attitude to this issue, the guest recalled that he visited Armenia to discuss the development of the bilateral relations and prefers to answer the questions related to this issue only.
