The identities of those injured as a result of the flood overturning an excavator in Aghsu have been revealed, APA’s Shirvan bureau reports.
As a result of the incident, Bakhtiyar Nasib Abdullayev, born in 1992 and a resident of Gazakh district, Elnur Mahammad Salahov, born in 1982 and a resident of Jabrayil district, Bextiyar Fazil Gasimov, born in 1988 and a resident of Gadabay district, sustained injuries of varying severity.
They were taken to the Shamakhi District Central Hospital. Their conditions are assessed as relatively stable.

A powerful flood overturned an excavator in Aghsu, APA’s Shirvan bureau reports.
The incident took place in the village of Kalva in the district.
Workers engaged in road repair work took shelter in the excavator to protect themselves from heavy rain. A strong flood that flowed into the river overturned the excavator. One of the four people in the excavator died at the scene. The other three sustained injuries of varying severity. Rescuers from the Ministry of Emergency Situations were dispatched to the area. The injured were removed from the excavator and taken to the Shamakhi District Central Hospital.
An investigation is underway regarding the incident.
