Last month, as a result of measures against the illegal circulation of narcotic substances, 291 kilograms and 941 grams of narcotic substances, as well as 564 pills considered strong psychoactive drugs with narcotic content, were detected and removed from circulation, the Press Center of the State Border Service (SBS) told APA.
It was noted that as a result of measures against smuggling, contraband goods worth a total of 3,793,325 manats were discovered, including 17 rounds of ammunition for an "Astra" brand pistol with a magazine, medicines, alcoholic beverages, and tobacco products, all confiscated.
