The extradition of two internationally wanted people to Azerbaijan has been provided, the Press Service of the General Prosecutor's Office released information, APA reports.
In accordance with the provisions arising from international agreements, a decision was made on the extradition of citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan Huseynov Rahib Sahib and Ibrahimov Murad Teyyub from the Russian Federation.
Thus, in the criminal cases conducted in the Absheron district police department, there were reasonable suspicions that Ibrahimov Murad Teyyub committed serious damage to health and Huseynov Rahib Sahib committed fraud by causing considerable damage.
The mentioned persons were detained in the territory of the Russian Federation and brought to Azerbaijan accompanied by a special convoy of the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice.
