On July 19, a landmine blast occurred in the territory of Aghdaban village of Kalbajar district in an area that was not cleared of mines, Press Services of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ministries of Internal Affairs, Defense and Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) have released information in this regard, APA reports.
As a result of the incident, Huseynov Khalifa Hasan, born in 1969, was injured by falling into an anti-personnel mine, and Mammadov Samandar Aligama, who was moving behind him, received shrapnel wounds as a result of the mine explosion.
Later, Garashov Rahim Ashraf, born in 1976, who went to the scene to help them, was injured by the explosion of the second mine.

The incident occurred in the Aghdaban village of the district.
Khalifa Huseynov Hasan, born in 1969, stepped on a mine in the village area.
Officers from the Kalbajar District Police Department were dispatched to the scene.
Khalifa Huseynov was taken to the hospital, and his condition is critical.
