At around 23:55 on May 28, near Leki station, while a freight train was in motion a Mercedes passenger car collided with the train despite the railway crossing being closed, violating the rules for using the railway crossing, the Azerbaijan Railways CJSC told APA.
ADY once again urges drivers to strictly follow the rules when approaching railway crossings. When approaching railway crossings, drivers should pay attention to the roadside signs and continue only after looking right and left and ensuring that no train is approaching.
