On May 25, information was received by the district prosecutor's office about the discovery of bone fragments presumed to belong to a human in the territory of Sirkhavand village in the Aghdara district, the Press Service of the General Prosecutor’s Office said in response to APA’s inquiry.
Immediately, an inspection of the scene was carried out by prosecutor’s office employees with the participation of a criminalist and an expert, during the inspection, the discovered bone remains were properly collected for examination and laboratory tests, and other necessary procedural actions were also performed.
An investigation is underway at the Aghdam district prosecutor’s office regarding the case.
