Cooperation among Turkey, Azerbaijan and Russia for the construction and commissioning of the building of Russian-Turkey joint center to monitor the ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh continues, said Turkish National Defence Minister Hulusi Akar at his speech in Turkish Parliament, APA reports.
H. Akar reminded the signing of a memorandum on November 11 on establishment Russian-Turkey joint center for monitoring ceasefire and suspension of all military operations in Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone, proceeding from the joint statement signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, the President of the Russian Federation on November 10, 2020.
