“Turkish-Russian joint monitoring center over control on ceasefire in Karabakh after the war will be in Agdam. The contruction works are being conducted,” Turkish national defence minister of Turkey Hulusi Akar told journalists, APA reports citing Hurriyet newspaper.
Noting that other staff is ready under the control of the general, the Turkish minister stressed that combat engineers have been sent to Azerbaijan: “They both train there and will conduct mine exploration operation.”
H. Akar noted that ceasefire in the Nagorno Karabakh is observed in a large extent: “Russians arre attentive in this issue. We keep process under control.”
