The FM said this issue was several times discussed with CIS countries.
“States are obliged to invite observers, including those from the OSCE, and it doesn’t matter how many observers will arrive. The organization intended to send 260 observers to Azerbaijan. However, Azerbaijan wanted 130 observers to arrive. Why do they want to send so many observers to Azerbaijan, but send only two to Germany? That’s not the secretariat’s fault, but the structure that exists sequentially is subject to tests due to its looseness”, said Lavrov.
