Steve Daines, senator from the U.S. state of Montana, has visited Azerbaijan, APA reports citing the U.S. Embassy in Azerbaijan.
It was noted that during the visit, he will be received in Baku by the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.
In addition, Steve Daines will meet with Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov and Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov.
The meetings will discuss strengthening U.S.-Azerbaijan economic cooperation and consolidating peace and security in the region.
